Every order is packed by hand with care from South Carolina. We want your package to feel like a gift — because it is, even if you bought it for yourself.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow along.
Returns
We want you to love what you get. If something doesn't work out, we're happy to help — here's how our return policy works:
- 30-day return window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must still be attached
- Returns are issued as a full refund to your original payment method
To start a return, email us at hello@coastalpalm.shop with your order number and which item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you a return label and get you taken care of.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us at hello@coastalpalm.shop and we'll do our best to swap it out for you. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. These are clearly marked on the product page before purchase.
